HELP!

So, I recently inherited the chair below and I would like to have it recovered. I have no idea who to go to though. I do not want to pay an arm and a leg (remember I'm cheap and on a budget) but I do want it to look good. (If they are good and cheap and I am willing to drive!!) Does anyone know of someone who recovers furniture????
